Catch a bill that went up before you keep paying it
Compare this bill with the last one, and ask why it changed.
Step 1
Pull the last two bills for power, NBN, mobile, and insurance
Same provider, two periods. Write the total, not the usage graph.
Step 2
If the total rose, find the line that rose
Usage, rate, a new fee, or a discount that ended. A discount ending is a price rise even when the headline rate did not move.
Step 3
Decide if you will query it or switch
Call if the rise is a fee you did not agree to. Compare another offer if the rate itself went up and you are out of contract.
Step 4
Save the old bill next to the new one
You cannot spot the next rise without the previous number. The detector keeps that comparison instead of a folder of PDFs.
The tool that keeps this going
Why ROOPON
