Membership Terms and Conditions

1. ROOPON (ABN 89 656 278 830) of 172-178 Maroubra Road, Maroubra, NSW 2035 (ROOPON, we, us or our) operates the ROOPON platform, providing partner discounts and member tools through our website located at www.roopon.com (the Site), and the ROOPON Members platform made available through the Site (the Software) and the information, content, features and services provided through the Site (together with the Software, collectively, the Service).
2. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF ONE OF OUR MEMBERSHIPS, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THEM, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT ROOPON MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.
3. You must be 18 years of age or over to sign up to a ROOPON membership.
4. Membership of ROOPON is subject to the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the ROOPON website.
5. These terms and conditions are a binding agreement between us and each member of the ROOPON platform. By signing up to a ROOPON membership, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before you purchase a ROOPON membership.
6. We may update these terms. If a change is worse for you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; you can cancel before then and we will refund any prepaid amount for the period after that date. We will only suspend or close a membership for a material breach of these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering memberships, and we will refund prepaid fees for any unused period unless you breached these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

5. One-off memberships are the perfect way to access our services and the ROOPON platform for a shorter period to suit your needs.

6. There are five types of one-off memberships, as follows:

7. You may purchase multiple one-off memberships, which will accumulate and combine your days of access to the ROOPON partners database.
8. You may purchase both loyalty and one-off memberships at the same time, however the access days from the one-off membership will not be used until after your loyalty membership is cancelled or terminated.
9. If you buy a one-off package through a link advertised as part of a ROOPON promotion (official link) during its promotion period, your package includes the bonus entries shown for it, into that promotion only. Larger packages include more bonus entries, and more entries means a better chance of winning. Other ways to enter, if any, are set out in that promotion's terms.
10. For the avoidance of doubt, a one-off package bought through an official link includes bonus entries into one promotion only. A loyalty membership includes 1 signup entry into the current giveaway only (first paid period). The count is the same for every plan. Renewals do not add further membership entries (see clause 15).
11. Entries into promotional draws are otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which should be read together with these membership terms and conditions.

12. Loyalty memberships to the ROOPON platform are ongoing subscriptions available on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selection. By enrolling as a loyalty member, you consent to automatic sign-up for direct debit, which ensures seamless payment processing. Your subscription will remain in effect until canceled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. Please note that all subscriptions are set to auto-renew, automatically renewing on the specified monthly or yearly basis.

Monthly Memberships

Prices shown apply to memberships started on or after 8 October 2026. Members who joined before then keep the monthly price they signed up at for as long as their membership continues without interruption.

Yearly Memberships

14. Loyalty discounts provided at any level of loyalty membership are subject to the terms and conditions associated with that discount provided by the relevant partner. ROOPON is not responsible if a discount offering by a partner changes at any time, or for any exclusions that may apply.
15. On first successful paid membership period, we give you 1 entry into the current giveaway only. The count is the same for every plan. Membership renewals do not add further membership entries, and holding a membership for longer does not accumulate entries. How to enter each giveaway is otherwise set out in its terms on the giveaway page. Transitional arrangement: members whose membership started before 8 October 2026 continue to receive the monthly FREE member entries described in the relevant promotion terms for monthly periods billed before 1 December 2026. No monthly FREE member entries are given for periods billed on or after 1 December 2026.

19. You can request to upgrade or downgrade your loyalty membership at any time through your ROOPON portal, however it will come into effect on your next billing cycle. We don't refund change-of-mind downgrades for the rest of the current billing period. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

20. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your ROOPON portal and going to Membership.
21. When you cancel, we email you to confirm. Payments stop and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee. We don't refund change-of-mind cancellations, including part periods; this doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
22. Cancellation of your membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts.
23. If a loyalty membership payment fails, we will try to take it up to 4 more times, every 5 days after the first failure (20 days in total), and email you so you can update your payment details. If the last attempt fails, your loyalty membership ends.
24. You may start a new loyalty membership at any time.

25. From time to time we may offer sign-up bonuses, special offers or free trial periods. These bonuses, special offers and free trial periods are only valid in accordance with the terms and conditions which apply to that bonus, special offer of free trial period.
26. If you sign up to a free trial period and do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted in accordance with the loyalty membership terms set out above until you cancel your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.
27. 7-day free trial: new members may try a loyalty membership free for 7 days. Nothing is charged when the trial starts. We email you before the trial ends. If you cancel at any time during the trial (in your account under Membership, then Cancel) you are not charged. Otherwise the monthly price shown when you started the trial is charged when the trial ends and each month after that until you cancel. One free trial per person; we may decline a trial where a person, email address or payment card has already had one. A trial does not include giveaway entries. The 1 signup entry into the current giveaway only is given on your first successful paid membership period, not during the free trial.

27. You should notify us of any change of name, address, contact number, email address or billing information by updating your details online at www.roopon.com.
28. We will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your ROOPON membership.

29. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), including the consumer guarantees, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Partner discounts are supplied by our partners under their own terms, and partners are responsible for their products and services.
30. Our giveaways are separate from membership. Each giveaway has its own terms on its giveaway page, which set out how to enter, who can enter (including age and state) and how the winner is drawn. Unless a giveaway's terms expressly state otherwise, ROOPON trade promotions are not open to residents of South Australia (SA) or the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and are void in SA and ACT. In addition:

1. ROOPON reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of our giveaways;
2. ROOPON employees, directors, managers and their respective immediate family members are not eligible to win giveaways;
3. to the extent permitted by law, ROOPON is not responsible for entries not received because of technical problems outside our reasonable control;
4. All giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

31. The interfaces, content, arrangement and layout of the Site including, but not limited to, the ROOPON trademark and logo, designs, text, artwork, graphics, images, buttons, user interfaces, information and other content, and any compilation of the foregoing (ROOPON Intellectual Property) are the property of ROOPON and are protected under Australian and international laws.
32. You must not copy, imitate, communicate, display, distribute, or transmit any ROOPON Intellectual Property without our prior written permission.
33. By accessing the Site, you do not acquire or obtain by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use or make additional copies of any materials or information displayed on the Site.
34. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions that you provide to us in connection with your use of the Site or Service will become our exclusive property. You agree that we will own exclusively all such rights and are under no obligation to:

1. maintain any submissions in confidence;
2. pay any compensation for any submissions; or
3. respond to any submissions.

30. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, mates rates means the discounted rates we have arranged with each of our partners and distributors. A full list of our partners is available at www.roopon.com/partners.
31. We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you using the ROOPON platform or receiving any benefit from it.
32. We may exclude or suspend you from the ROOPON platform or from receiving benefits from the ROOPON platform if you:

1. engage in conduct that may jeopardise the proper conduct of the ROOPON platform;
2. act in a threatening, abusive or harassing manner; or
3. breach any law in connection with the ROOPON platform or your participation in our promotions.

33. You must not assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.
34. Any term of these terms and conditions that is expressed to survive, or by its nature survives, the termination or expiry of these terms and conditions will survive and continue in effect following such termination or expiry.
35. All references to $ in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars, and all prices include GST.
36. We may amend these terms and conditions. If a change is worse for you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you don't accept it, you can cancel before then and we will refund any prepaid amount for the period after that date. Other changes apply from when they are posted on the ROOPON website.
37. We may cease offering memberships by notifying members on the ROOPON website or otherwise, provided that we provide sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members.
38. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
