1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Roopon (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. They summarise our main rules; our full Terms & Conditions and Membership Termsalso apply, and if anything here conflicts with them, the Terms & Conditions and Membership Terms apply.

2. Description of Service

Roopon is a platform that provides:

• Access to promotional giveaways and competitions
• Rewards program services
• Marketing and promotional content
• User account management

3. Competition and Giveaway Rules

• Eligibility (including age and state) is set out in each promotion's terms on its giveaway page
• One account per person
• How to enter each promotion, and how many entries each way gives, is set out in that promotion's terms
• Winners will be selected and notified as per competition-specific rules
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified
• We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners
• Staff and immediate family members are not eligible to participate

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Meta Platform Terms

• Our Service integrates with Meta Platforms (including Facebook)
• You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms
• We use Meta's Business Tools and APIs
• Your use of Meta-related features is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems or bots
• Provide false information
• Attempt to manipulate competition results
• Engage in any fraudulent activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Roopon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If a change is worse for you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
