Important: This affiliate program is exclusively for Australian residents and businesses. All activities must comply with Australian Consumer Law and advertising standards.
Introduction
This Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ROOPON, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia ("Company"), and the undersigned affiliate ("Affiliate", "You"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
This Agreement governs the Affiliate's participation in the Company's Affiliate Program (the "Program"), where the Affiliate promotes the Company's membership services in exchange for compensation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Eligibility Requirements
Australian Residency: Must be a resident of Australia or operate an Australian business
Legal Age: Must be 18 years or older
Compliance: Must comply with Australian Consumer Law and advertising standards
Restrictions: Cannot be a direct competitor or have conflicting business interests
Commission Structure
Membership Subscriptions
Monthly Memberships:40%
Annual Memberships:40%
One-Time Packages
Partner Access Packages:40%
Premium Packages:40%
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly within 30 days of the end of each month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 AUD has been reached.
Affiliate Obligations
Promotional Activities
- Use comprehensive, ethical, and lawful means to promote ROOPON's services
- Comply with Australian Consumer Law and advertising standards
- Provide accurate representations of ROOPON's services
- Use approved marketing materials and messaging
Prohibited Activities
- Making misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent representations
- Spam or unsolicited marketing practices
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Engaging in activities that harm ROOPON's reputation
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
- All promotional activities must cease immediately
- Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
- Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule
- Non-compete and confidentiality obligations continue for the specified period
